Refund Policy
Buyer's Guide and Cheat Sheet
These are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment, so all sales are final. If a download link doesn't work or you received the wrong file, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Deal Check and Deal Review
If you ask to cancel before we start your review, you get a full refund. If we can't deliver your review, you get a full refund. If your documents are unreadable or missing key numbers, we'll email you to ask for what we need before starting; the delivery window starts once we have it. Once your review is delivered, it's non-refundable. A Deal Check is an educational opinion, not legal or financial advice.
Rush (+$25)
If a rushed Deal Check is not delivered within 2 hours of payment, the $25 rush fee is refunded.
Remote Deal Advisor
Full refund if you cancel before we start working on your deal. Once work has started, it's non-refundable. We can't guarantee any specific price, rate or outcome from a dealer.
