Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number (optional), the vehicle and deal details you enter, the documents you upload, and your order details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Our site may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, review your deal, reply to you, and send the free checklist emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and payments (for example Stripe for payments and our hosting and database providers). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Unpaid Deal Check submissions and their uploaded files are automatically deleted after 48 hours. If we deliver a Deal Check, we delete the uploaded files 30 days after delivery. For everything else, we keep your information only as long as we need it to deliver the service and keep basic business records, and we delete uploaded documents on request.
Security
Uploaded files are stored privately, and only the site owner can open them.
Your choices
Email dealdefenderllc@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older.

We may update this policy, and we'll post the new version here.
